The first in our new segment on the Santosa Journal, we’re featuring a few of our beautiful Santosa stockists. These businesses have been huge supporters of the Santosa brand over the years and we want to celebrate and share the fantastic work they are doing.
This week we highlight The Space Matakana owned by Ana Lynch and Alex Davids. The Space Matakana is an inclusive venue, designed to spark inspiration, connection and curiosity to grow and deepen your inner wisdom. Their physical space in Matakana hosts a wide variety of yoga and meditation classes as well as inspirational events. We caught up with owner Alex Davids (pictured on right) to find out a little more about her.
1. What simple things in life bring you the most happiness?
Sunshine. Beaches. Happy children. Quiet time.
2. Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Life isn't about being 50/50, fair and even, it's about swings and roundabouts and operating from a place of love.
3. What are some simple things you do each day to help you keep balanced?
Breath. Meditate. Move.
4. What is your cleaning guilty pleasure?
Folding laundry by the fire.
5. What do you love most about the Santosa Brand?
The smell! It's so light and gentle ... happy to put it on any of my surfaces, including my kids!
