Santosa ships within New Zealand. We can quote on overseas shipping if you send us an email via our contact page, with the items you wish to purchase and a delivery address.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free for orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery location. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Generally orders will arrive within 2-5 working days of placing the order. Rural deliveries may take longer. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination. We do our very best to ensure orders are dispatched quickly, however we have no control over New Zealand Post or courier delivery times. Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE A REFUND?
We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason. Please send the products to PO Box 331602 Takapuna, Auckland 7740, and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs.
